Hi! I'm so glad you're here. I am a mental health counselor and play therapist practicing under the supervision of James Jackson, PhD, LPC-S, RPT-S. I am committed to helping people work through anxiety, OCD, depression, parenting, relationships & boundaries, trauma and more. My approach is holistic, integrative, person- centered, and casual. I like to incorporate attachment science, sand tray therapy, and lots of cups of coffee in my sessions. I believe true and lasting healing happens in the safety of authentic relationships.
